Editor’s Note: OK AEW…You’re cheating. How could I possibly give anything less than FIRE in a match that has so many wrestlers I love!

 

 

 

Saraya vs Willow Nightingale

 

 

 

Headline: “With no help in sight, Willow falls victim to the Outcasts.”.

 

Result: Saraya wins via pinfall

 

 

 

 

Verdict: MID😐

 

 

Editor’s Note: So, you mean to tell me that not one woman in the back who had a problem with the Outcasts could find the time to help Willow, who was getting ganged up on the entire match? OK yeah, Jamie Hayter, Britt Baker, and Shida came out AFTER the match, but it wasn’t really to stop the Outcasts from beating the shit out of Willow as much as it was for them to attack the Outcasts.

 

 

 

Tres De Mayo Trios Battle Royale

 

Headline: “The Acclaimed shows they are ready for a shot at the AEW Trios Championships.”.

 

Result: The Acclaimed wins

 

Verdict: FIRE 🔥

 

 

Editor’s Note: I love chaos and that was exactly what this match was. This is something AEW does way better than WWE.

 

 

 

 

Wardlow vs Enhancement Talent

 

Headline: “Wardlow beats the snot out of a guy.”.

 

Result:   Obviously Wardlow won

Verdict: Trash 🗑️

 

Editor’s Note: My week-to-week gripe about AEW. Established guys beating up enhancement talent. Wardlow doesn’t need it. I’ve seen Wardlow beat bigger and better. Wardlow didn’t need to powerbomb a random wrestler just to call out Luchasaurus.

 

 

 

 

Rickey Starks vs Juice Robinson

 

 

 

Headline: “Starks beats Juice Robinson, turns attention to Jay White.”.

 

Result:  Rickey Starks wins vía pinfall

 

Verdict: FIRE 🔥

 

 

Editor’s Note: These are the toughest kind of matches to grade. There weren’t a ton of big spots but when you have two good wrestlers having a good consistent match from beginning to end with two equally matched talents, you make magic.

 

 

 

 

 

MJF & Sammy Guevara vs Darby Allin & Jack Perry

Headline: “Four Pillars can’t co-exist”.

 

Result:   Darby Allin & Jack Perry wins vía pinfall

 

Verdict: FIRE 🔥

 

 

Editor’s Note: AEW was on fire tonight and this match was no exception. I am invested in the upcoming match at Double or Nothing.

 

 

 

 

Overall Verdict for Dynamite: FIRE 🔥. On a weekly basis, the difference between Dynamite and Rampage is night and day.
